Returns or exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final and non-refundable.
All products in our sample sale are showroom samples and hence may come with small faults. Any such faults are listed in the notes of each product and are priced to reflect this.
Samples may need to be dry cleaned to remove minor marks. Any dry cleaning required is to the responsibility and cost of the buyer.
All products are listed in AU, EU or US sizing, with measurements included. Sizing varies between brands, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they purchase the correct size.
SHIPPING
All shipping costs will be added to the final sale upon checkout.
Please allow 3-4 days for packaging and handling prior to shipping.
All shipments are sent via DHL with a signature on delivery required. Any loss or damages occurred during the shipment process is not the responsibility of Sphere Bridal Gallery.
