Bridal Quality Control Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised Bridal Quality Control Assistant to join our passionate team at our Maroochydore Headquarters.

In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding the exceptional quality of our bridal collections, ensuring each gown meets our high standards before it reaches our brides. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a love for bridal fashion to gain hands-on experience in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first point of quality control for gowns received from our international and local designers

  • Coordinate and manage the shipping and delivery of gowns to brides

  • Handle tasks such as arranging dry cleaning, transporting gowns to our Brisbane boutique, and managing local deliveries

  • Carefully wrap and prepare gowns for dispatch, ensuring every package reflects the Sphere standard of presentation

  • Provide outstanding customer service via email and phone, offering professional and caring support to our brides

  • Assist the Production Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and retail support, especially in stock or quality control

  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative mindset

  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Confidence using computers, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel

  • Experience in bridal or high-end fashion retail is highly regarded

  • Availability to work 3 days a week (Monday/Wednesday/Thursday), approx. 10–15 hours

Assistant Bridal Stylist

We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised Assistant Bridal Stylist to join our passionate team and help us continue delivering unforgettable moments for our brides.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a warm and welcoming first impression—greeting guests with professionalism and care

  • Assisting the Senior Stylist during appointments and fittings, while learning from their expertise

  • Conducting personalised one-on-one bridal appointments and providing tailored styling advice

  • Building meaningful, lasting connections with each bride

  • Providing exceptional after-sales support via email and phone

  • Maintaining the boutique’s impeccable presentation, including gown steaming, tidying, and spot-cleaning

  • Supporting daily retail operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • A passion for fashion, with a strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics

  • A natural sense of style, with a flair for bridal fashion and an exceptional eye for detail

  • Warm, confident, and genuinely dedicated to making every bride feel beautiful and celebrated

  • Experience in customer service and administrative support

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience in bridal or high-end fashion retail is highly regarded

  • Availability to work Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (20–25 hours/week
